We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was superb, being close to both the Krakow city centre and the vibrant Jewish Quarter. We were able to explore the city easily and try out delicious local cuisines at affordable prices. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities, such as the secure pin pad entry system and the helpful virtual reception, were excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location in a busy area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the well-decorated rooms. One of the highlights is the rooms with balconies, offering a chance to enjoy a stunning view of the lively Plac Nowy.
